Factors Affecting- to Change of Menarcheal Age in high School Girls
초경연령 변동에 영향을 주는 요인

Abstract
This study was designed to find the factors affecting to change of menarcheal age among 436 high school girls in Taegu and a rural area in Kyungpook province. It was surveyed through questionares in July 1986. The mean age of menarche was 13.88 + 1.04 years old; ranged from 10 years old to 18 years ■old. The mean age of menarche by residence before menarche was 13.74±1. 09 years old and 14.06 士0.94 years old in urban and rural; respectively. The mean age of menarche by number of siblings is appeared later in school girls from the large numbers than those from small numbers. The mean age of mother's menarcheal age is positively correlated to that of high school girls. By main source of income; the mean age of menarche of high school girls supported by father is 13.83±1.05 years old and by mother; 14.24 + 0.86 years old. summer and the least in autumn.
