Abstract
Leiomyoma is a tumor rarely occuring in the nose and paranasal sinus. It constitutes about 1% of all benign tumors arising in the head and neck area. The paucity of smooth muscle in the nose might be the pathogenesis of this condition. We experienced a case of angioleiomyoma originating in the right side of nasal septum in 55-year-old woman. The tumor was completely removed through endonasal; endoscopic technigue. We report this case with the review of the literatures.
