Abstract
Warty dyskeratoma is a rare benign tumor; presents mainly as an isolated centrally depressed papule or nodule on the head and neck of mid-aged adult. We report a case of warty dyskeratoma in a 40-year-old man who had an asymptomatic solitary 0.7ⅹ0.7cm sized; centrally depressed brownish papule on scalp for 1 month. Histopathological findings showed a large cup shaped keratin-filled invagination of epidermis; suprabasal cleft formation with corps ronds; grains and numerous villi at the lower portion of the invagination; the characteristic features of warty dyskeratoma.
