Abstract

Pleomorphic adenoma is a kind of salivary gland neoplasm and is derived from the epithelial and mesenchymal elements. It is rarely found in the upper respiratory tract; especially in the nasal cavity. We experienced a case of pleomorphic adenoma arising from the nasal septum; and present herein the case with the review of literatures.
