| Abstract |
|
This paper was performed to investigate the satellite DNA of human chromosome 1;9;16; and Y on male Korean by high-resolution banding and densitometric graph method.
The results are summarized as follows:
1) The satellite DNA I was observed the short arm peak of the centromere circumference of each chromosome.
2) The satellite DNA II appeared the short arm peak of the centromere neighborhood on the 1;9; and 16 chromosome.
3) The satellite DNA Iff was presented the long arm peak of the contr?mere circumference of the 1;9; and 16 chromosome.
4) The high peak of each chromosome was infered the heterochrochromatin region; but the low peak was infered the euchromatin.
